Job role: Sales Manager

Our client a multinational real estate developer is currently looking for a sales manager to head up a team of brokers. Specifically tasked with selling off plan property to high net worth individuals via multiple sales avenues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for the team's performance, establishing targets and goals, defining and monitoring KPIs.
Streamline the team's processes to ensure efficiency and success.
Define the team's strategy to pro actively obtain new clients and leads. Train and mentor the team to ensure long lasting relationships with clients
Conduct regular performance reviews based on revenue, lead generation and number of new sales
Assist team members during the negotiation process to ensure the closure of deals and successful completion of the transaction
Manage marketing campaigns through e mailers and social media in relation to project launches, exclusive listings and newsletters
Must have minimum 5 years of experience at management position
Should be active, vigilant, able to scan market, proactive, good communicator, planner, effective negotiator, able to design and execute effective marketing and sales campaigns. Able to stay calm and work under pressure
